Question: How long will it take to get my order?
Answer: Most items ship within 5 - 7 business days of the receipt of your order. Depending on your order, items may ship from multiple vendors/pawnshops and boxes may arrive over a period of days to complete your order.
Question: If a product is out of stock, can I place a back order?
Answer: At this time we are not accepting back orders for out of stock items, as most items are used and only available while supplies last.
Question: What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. You may also choose to use PayPal. We do NOT currently accept checks, money orders, or cashier checks at this time.
Question: How can I find out if you’ve received my order?
